Kanye West took to Instagram to complain that his upcoming SoFi Stadium concert won’t happen. This news comes after the rapper’s ‘infamous’ interview with the Fox News star Tucker Carlson.
If true, undoubtedly, this is a cancellation attempt on Kanye West. And if that is the case, most probably the rap star’s recent fashion show initiated it. Recently, he raised a massive controversy with the T-Shirts and hoodies sporting the slogan ‘White Lives Matter’.
Kanye West’s SoFi Stadium Concert Cancelled After Tucker Carlson Interview
“My Sofi Stadium show on November 4th is canceled. I wonder if it had something to do with my White Lives Matter tee, what y’all think?” – Kanye West posted on Instagram.
The rapper included a screenshot of an alleged conversation with a certain person Niklas Bildstein. In the messages, the person tells him that they are unable to find staff to open the stadium.
“I just got news from Vaughn, that Sofi isn’t available any longer due to the inability to staff the event on the current notice. I’ve already asked twice to investigate further if there’s any way to make it happen regardless. But their reply is a firm no.” – the screenshot part of the lengthy message reads.
The message should present proof that Kanye West indeed had a concert arranged in SoFi stadium. However, things are more complicated than they appear.
The message comes the next day after the Fox News Tucker Carlson interview. For this to happen with such timing without any connection to the interview, it would be some 1 in a million coincidence. However, if Kanye’s claims are true, the concert cancellation is without any doubt connected to the recent happenings. His support for Donald Trump and the controversy surrounding the fashion show sparked his cancellation process to start.
Nevertheless, the situation becomes extremely interesting now, as officials from the SoFi Stadium deny the rapper’s claims. From the stadium, officials say that Kanye West never had an agreement for a concert there. According to them, the spokesperson acted on his own. There was no concert arrangement, to begin with.
In SoFi’s defense, they never listed any Kanye West concert on the Stadium’s upcoming events list. So there is a big chance that the whole situation is just one big lie.
SoFi stadium officials reported that they did not know about Niklas Bildstein‘s claims and his personal conversations. They claim that, nevertheless, they were even unaware of any negotiations. They state that Kanye West didn’t request for arranging a concert for any upcoming date.
Someone is totally lying. Who is it?
