ITV ‘Coronation Street’ spoilers have revealed that two old enemies could be about to clash once again in Weatherfield as Carla Connor and Gary Windass are set to go head to head. Carla and Gary clashed last year when Gary tried to pin the blame of the Underworld factory collapse on Carla, which led her life to head in a downward spiral.
However, Carla has just about recovered now, and has returned to working back in the Rovers. Next week, she will be handed the task of returning to Underworld for the first time after Nick Tilsley asks for her to help out over the next couple of weeks because he wants to spend more time looking after Oliver Battersby.

She will immediately be thrown back in at the deep end at the factory, as Gary will reveal that the price of rent for the factory will be increasing. Viewers will remember that Gary now owns the building after working on building it back up. But, his revelation will not be received warmly be everyone, especially Carla.
Gary has been going through his own turmoil over the past couple of weeks, as he tries to leave his secrets hidden in the past. Laura Neelan has been demanding more money off Gary over the past couple of weeks, and that will drive him to rise the price of rent at the factor to solve his problems. But, will he be able to get the new asking price that he is demanding?

His demands will not go down well with those that work at the factory, with Sarah Platt telling Gary that his demands are unfair. However, it is the only way that Gary believes that he will be able to keep his secret regarding Rick safe from Weatherfield, which means he will drive a hard bargain to ensure that he gets his money.
Carla will reveal to Sarah that she will deal with Gary, and that she shouldn’t worry about his threats. But, will Carla be able to talk Gary out of rising the price of the rent, or will she instead make herself a potentially very dangerous enemy in Weatherfield?
