1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Screen Dynamite (“Screen Dynamite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), available at screendynamite.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
14. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Screen Dynamite regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
