ITV ‘Coronation Street’ spoilers have revealed that viewers of the ITV soap were left convinced after last night’s episode that Geoff Metcalfe is going to sink to a new low and commit murder over the coming months.
The belief comes after a very creepy exchange between Geoff and Rovers landlady Jenny Connor, as he revealed to Jenny that he is going to squeeze her so tight when the lockdown measures are lifted.

Jenny looked uncomfortable throughout the whole exchange and was clearly trying to get Geoff out of the pub as soon as he had entered. Geoff only went into the pub as he was trying to track down Elaine Jones, after he believed that she had gone into the pub. He was trying to linger to see whether she was hiding somewhere, but Jenny stopped talking to him which meant that he needed to leave.

The pressure on Geoff has been ramped up over the past couple of weeks, as Elaine Jones has returned to the scene. Elaine is Geoff first wife, and was also abused like Yasmeen Nazir was. Elaine could be the decisive factor in the storyline for Geoff and Yasmeen, as she could prove that Yasmeen has been controlled by Geoff over the past year.
Tim was also paid a visit by Elaine while he was at work, after Alya Nazir revealed to her that she should try and reach out and talk to her son. However, she was setback as Tim didn’t believe that she was his mother after Geoff has told him throughout his life that his mother had died. Instead, Elaine was forced to runaway and leave her son due to the abuse that she was suffering at the hands of Geoff.

The tension that Geoff is feeling will go up another notch next week, as Faye will overhear him having an argument behind the back of the horse with a mysterious woman. He will reveal to his granddaughter that the woman that he was arguing with was crazy as she is trying to make Geoff believe that she is his mother.
Geoff will talk to the police in scenes next week, as he tells them that his first wife I is dead and that Elaine is just trying to stir the pot. He will tell the authorities that she has probably been put up to this by Alya and Yasmeen as a way to try and turn the tables on him. But, will the police believe him?
