CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is looking to take Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) down. Ever since he went to visit Kansas with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), Adam has been convinced that Victor had something to do with a murder that took place in his small childhood town. Alyssa Montalvo, his childhood friend, had a father who was a loan shark who had connections with Adam’s stepfather Cliff Wilson who was killed.
It looks like Adam’s mother hope got scared after the death and called Victor to help deal with it. Either Victor actually did it himself or he hired someone else to do it however it seems he was indeed responsible for the death of AJ Montalvo. Murder is terrible. However, AJ could have been ready to hurt hope or Adam like he had cliff. It seems that Victor was doing what he could just to keep his son safe. Shouldn’t Adam be a little thing full for this?

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: I Think Adam Should Thank Victor – Not Blackmail Him!
Victor is probably responsible for keeping Adam alive or at least not seriously injured when he was a child. It’s highly unlikely that Victor just felt like killing somebody, flew to Kansas to the same town his son lived in and killed a man who is randomly connected to his mother. At least Adam could do is just to leave it alone and maybe even accept that his father saved him. what does he have to gain from this? You may say Newman Enterprises but even if you tried to Blackmail Victor I don’t think he’d succeed.
Adam would say hey Victor remember that murder you were involved with 25 years ago? Well, I have some evidence on it and I could probably make you go away. Victor would likely laugh right in his face. Even if Victor didn’t have a way out of these charges I could see him easily going to jail just to keep this company safe rather than handing it over to Adam and making him CEO. I think Adam is being a bit ridiculous. This band probably kept you alive just accept it and repay him. What do you think? Should Adam be a little thankful that Victor protected him and Hope?
