ITV ‘Coronation Street’ spoilers have revealed that Daniel Osbourne’s grief is only going to get worse over the coming weeks, as Nicky Wheatley gets dragged into a tricky situation. Viewers will be aware that Daniel has been using an unusual method to overcome the grief that he has been feeling following the loss of Sinead Tinker last year.
Fans watch on last month as Daniel was paying escort Nicky to wear Sinead’s dressing gown and hold him while he slept. She was also made to put on her perfume so she smelt like Sinead too. However, the relationship between Nicky and Daniel could get confusing next week as Daniel’s grief continues.

It has been clear for months that Daniel still isn’t over the death of his wife, and that will be evident once again next week. Viewers questioned whether the retreat that Daniel had visited had worked, and it would be pretty clear that the answer is now no. Next week will start with Daniel pleading with Nicky to come round and see him.
Nicky is taken back by the request as she often spends time with her clients in hotel rooms, but she reluctantly accepts to see him at his flat. She is then shocked to find that Daniel has cooked a full meal for her, which makes her feel uncomfortable. However, she decides to stay after Daniel reveals that he is paying for her time.

Later on in the episode, Daniel will be told by Nicky that the time that he has paid for is now up, and that she needs to leave. Daniel will try and persuade Nicky to stay for a while longer and even offer her money to do so. However, Nicky has become aware that this is no longer a healthy way to deal with Sinead’s death and tells Daniel that he should stop wasting his money on her and talk honestly to his family.
Daniel is reluctant to accept that Nicky may be right, and pleads with her to stay. It quickly becomes clear that Daniel desperately needs Nicky, but will she be forced to speak to somebody close to Daniel about what has really been happening between the two of them?
