According to reports, the singer, actor, and entrepreneur purchased a prime commercial building located in Seoul’s prestigious Apgujeong Rodeo district for approximately 15.9 billion KRW, equivalent to around 11.6 million USD.
The building, acquired through Rain’s company, Mega Big Entertainment, was officially purchased on February 28, 2024, following an initial agreement made on January 16 of the same year. The property is now under the management of Woori Asset Trust.
