Howard Stern has bashed Kanye West after he endorsed his comments that were deemed to be anti-Semitic in nature.
Howard Stern BLASTS Kanye West By Comparing Him To Hitler After The Rapper Was ‘Absolutely Not’ Sorry For His Alleged Anti-Semitic Comments
Kanye, for his part, added fuel to the fire when he initially stated that he would go “death con 3” on Jewish people. That subsequently earned him massive backlash, but the rapper refused to apologise by stating he was “absolutely not” sorry.
While Kanye did admit that he had some regret over the manner in which the def con comments hurt people, as he said sorry, the fact of the matter is that it was too late for Howard.
And the radio host did not hold back, as he compared Kanye to one of history’s most nefarious leaders. In his comments, Stern said: “You gotta hear the s—t this guy’s into. Kanye used to be fun, crazy.
“Now he’s like Hitler. I’m really tired of people excusing his behavior by saying ‘Well he’s just mentally ill’.” In addition, Stern also addressed Kanye’s other concerns where he stated he had been blocked by the ‘Jewish Media.’
The rapper’s comments seem to suggest that he may not get as much recognition for his work by virtue of where he comes from.
That was something that Stern wanted to shut down immediately, as he questioned whether Kanye was really as influential as he was making out.
Stern’s following comments confirmed as much: “If a newspaper article doesn’t point out the fact that you’re some sort of designer or genius, maybe that’s not because they’re Jewish.
“But maybe because they just don’t put that much thought into who the f–k you are and what your business is.” The fans on social media were outraged by Stern’s comments.
Regardless of what you may think about Kanye, people felt that this comparison was totally unjustified. One person wrote: “How dare he compare that!”
Will Stern face consequences for those comments. Time will tell. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
