ITV ‘Coronation Street’ spoilers have confirmed that there will be dramatic scenes over the coming weeks as Yasmeen Nazir suffers a heart attack while in prison. Viewers have been concerned for Yasmeen’s wellbeing since she was not allowed bail, and those fears for her will continue according to recent spoilers.
Last night, viewers applauded for Yasmeen as she made a stand against Geoff Metcalfe when he called her on the phone. Alya Nazir was fuming that Geoff had spoken to the wife that he has been abusing for over a year. However, on that phone call, Yasmeen refused to take the deal that was being offered to her by Geoff.

While on the phone, Geoff admitted that he still loved her and was willing to drop the charges providing that she moved straight back in with him. However, Yasmeen knocked his plan back as she admitted that she didn’t feel safe living with him and that she has no intention of getting back with him.
Geoff attempted one final time with his plan as he admitted to the police that he was no longer willing to give evidence. Yasmeen is told about this later in the episode, but a shock arrival of a face from Geoff’s past next week will leave Yasmeen stunned as she finally comes to the realisation that she was married to an abusive man.

It has been revealed that Geoff’s ex-wife will pay a visit to Yasmeen over the coming weeks. The scenes will explode new life into the storyline and will likely help Yasmeen to see what has really been happening over the past year. Elaine will tell Yasmeen that the exact same thing happened with her while she was with Geoff.
Yasmeen will relay all the information that she has heard to Imran Habeeb, who is stunned that they finally have evidence that proves that Geoff has been controlling Yasmeen. However, before the trial can get underway Yasmeen has a heart attack. But, will she be able to pull through and finally stand up against Geoff once and for all?
