Deavan and her representative from BrandBomb Marketing have released a statement on Monday, February 8. According to the statement, the police already have the evidence of child abuse, and that they are taking it “very seriously.” Deavan’s representative said that the investigation is going on and that they cannot speak further about it.

However, Jihoon’s lawyer, Joseph Alamilla has denied Deavan’s claims on Monday. Joseph said that Deavan already admitted that she wasn’t there when the abuse happened. He went on to say that given the length of time between the alleged abuse and Deavan’s lack of first-handknowledge, Jihoon denies the abuse allegations against him. Jihoon is also seeking documentation concerning any alleged proof.

Joseph Alamilla also said that Deavan waited for almost 18 months after leaving South Korea before starting the investigations. He further sia that Deavan didn’t file a complaint when she was living there.
She waited until he filed his answer to counterclaim her claims about the abuse. He also said that they are seeking records of the actual complaints and once they get the documents, they will update on the matter. He said that, Lee is “actively seeking these records to clear his good name.”
Fans will recall that a GoFundMe was launched for Jihoon. The GoFundMe seeks to raise $50,000 to cover the TLC star’s legal costs for his ongoing international custody case. Jihoon has been a ble to raise $10,000 so far.

A close source told Us Weekly in December that Deavan’s relationship with Topher is “absolutely amazing.” Her children also like Topher. The source claims that Park is hardworking and also plays the father role for Drascilla and Taeyang.
