CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) has found all the evidence surrounding her father’s death, and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) involvement in it. Alyssa drove all night to get to Genoa City to bring information to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and he couldn’t be happier to find out Victor is guilty. He hides his excitement in front of her so as not to tip her off that he’s actually going after Victor. In the end, will Adam really use this information against Victor or does Victor know something that we don’t?
It was only a few days ago that Adam and Alyssa began working on this little assignment. It didn’t take Alyssa long to find proof the Victor was indeed guilty of murder. It started with a phone record from Hope to Victor presuming that’s what brought a painter to town. Then the coroner took care of AJ Montalvo’s body was bought off by Victor and still had his notes from the night in question. Even the man who killed Cliff Wilson in the accident wasn’t actually supposed to kill him, he was just supposed to scare him into repaying his debt.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Alyssa Finds Evidence That Proves Victor Is Guilty!
It took some convincing by Adam but eventually, Alyssa let him have the evidence before she left. he hasn’t seemed to have opened it yet but when Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) arrived home with the story about her run-in with Victor at the ranch Adam was standing in front of it staring.
Soon Alyssa’s story is going to be all over the place and from the promo videos that we’ve seen Adam will present the evidence to Victor but is he really going to try to send him to prison? What is Adams endgame here and what does he hope to accomplish? Does he really want to run Newman Enterprises this bad? What do you think? What does Adam really want to do with Victor?
