ITV ‘Coronation Street’ spoilers have indicated that fans could be in for a shock over the coming weeks, as Abi Franklin betrays Kevin Webster. Viewers will be devastated to hear the latest spoilers as they have formed an immediate connection with the relationship between two of the most beloved characters. Abi has been a huge hit since debuting on the show, and she has overcome a huge number of challenges.
However, it finally seemed as though she had found her happily ever after. Kevin has made it clear to everybody that would listen for the past couple of months that he is in love with Abi, and he was delighted when they finally got together. He has already made sacrifices for her, after he agreed to sell his garage to Ray Crosby in order to ensure that Abi doesn’t go to prison.

Abi and Kevin’s relationship took an awful lot of work, as Kevin had to bide his time in order to win her affections. Fortunately, they were able to get together after Kevin supported Abi after she had been in danger at the hands of Ray. But, it seems that it will only be a matter of time before there is trouble on the horizon again.
Julia Goulding has admitted that she would love to see her character have a fling with Abi in the future. It would certainly be a surprising turn of events, but given that Shona Platt has lost her memory and has no recollection of anyone on the street, she could begin to form feelings for someone new.

Shona finally made her return to Weatherfield on Friday evening, as she met the Platt’s. However, she revealed that she didn’t want to see David while she was visited and urged him to stay away. It would seem as though Shona is back in Weatherfield for good now, but will she be able to remember anything about the area?
There was a glimmer of hope in Friday’s episode, as she remembered that the tea bags were kept in the cupboard. Sarah and Gail immediately looked at each other in amazement that she remembered something. However, could it just be a false dawn? Viewers will have to continue watching to see whether anything dramatic will happen involving Shona and Abi.
