ITV ‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers fans have been gripped by the current storyline centring on Oliver’s health problems. Steve McDonald rushed the troubled child to hospital in Monday night’s episode as he wanted to know what was wrong with him. However, there was no clear answer as the doctors believed that he just had a fit.
Steve was made to pay for his poor decision making later in the episode, as Leanne Battersby learned that he wasn’t even with the baby when he had the fit as he was attending to a problem between Emma Brooker and Seb Jenkins. Summer revealed that she was the one looking after him when Leanne arrived back, but could the schoolgirl be hiding something more sinister?

Corrie was left on a cliff-hanger over the weekend, as fans were forced to wait until Monday to see whether Oliver was okay. However, between Friday and Monday’s episodes, more fans began to question whether Summer could have intentionally done something to Oliver to cause him to have a fit.
It is incredibly unlikely that Summer would have done anything wrong, as she is one of the best-behaved children on the street. Not only that, but she is one of the smartest. But, could she find herself facing difficult questions over the coming weeks as Leanne tries to get to the bottom of what happened with her son?

It would seem that Summer is far away from Leanne’s mind at present, as the mother has been arguing with Steve about his prioritise. Steve was forced to go around to Leanne’s house on the evening to apologise, but he only made the situation worse as Leanne clearly told him that should he mess up again then he would be made to pay.
Leanne may look for more answers of the coming episodes and that could lead her to question Summer. However, will the schoolgirl be able to give the mother the answers that she wants, or will Leanne think that Summer has done something horrible to her son? Fans will have to continue watching the soap to find out all the answers.
