She is completely unlike any other character to have joined the soap, and her dark sense of humour is quickly being appreciated by those in Weatherfield. She has finally managed to settle down to life in Weatherfield, and she seems happy enough to be working alongside her uncle Roy Cropper. It has been teased that there could be a heartwarming romance on the cards for Nina, as she gets particularly close to one other member of staff at Roy’s Rolls. Fans seem to believe that Alex Warner could already have a crush on Nina, as he is trying to impress her by learning a new language.

Alex has been a fan favourite in Weatherfield since making his debut in 2015. He is the nephew of fellow Corrie favourite Cathy Matthews. Viewers got their first glimpse of Alex in a few weeks this past week as he revealed that he is learning Spanish. Cathy admitted that he has been trying to learn a new language, and many believe it is down to the fact he is trying to impress Nina.
Nina and Alex already have a lot in common despite not being in many scenes together, which would make them a hugely likeable couple. They have both found it difficult to open up to people, but could this mean that they are about to trust each other? Fans will certainly be hoping that romance is in the air.
