That means that the most exciting players that managers should have their sights set on is Stade Rennais teenager Eduardo Camavinga. The midfielder is only 16-years-old on FIFA 20, but he already has a rating of 72. He can be brought for a fee of around £5.6 million, and has an eye-watering potential rating of 90. He has prowess in passing and dribbling past players, and his height means that he is able to place deeper in midfield.
FIFA 20: William Saliba
Club: Arsenal (On loan at Saint Etienne)
Arsenal broke the bank to bring in William Saliba in the summer of 2019, and for good reason. He is one of the most promising young defenders in world football, and that is highlighted by his ability in FIFA 20. He begins with a respectable rating of 74, but jumps to a rating of 88. The 18-year-old is confident with slide tackles and standing tackles, and has the ability in the air to dominate at both ends of the field. Managers will be unable to sign him in the first season because he is on loan at Saint-Etienne but when he returns to the Emirates, managers may be thinking about the move.

Club: AS Monaco
Another 16-year-old that managers should be keeping a close eye on is AS Monaco’s Enzo Millot. He will be the perfect partner in the middle of the park for Camavinga, as the Monaco man excels at winning the ball back for his team. He begins at a rating of 63, but he jumps massively to a rating of 86 when trained correctly. Managers will be able to get him on the cheap, which means that managers should have their sights set on him no matter their budget.
