Lifetime ‘Married at First Sight’ Spoilers indicate that fans were sad to see the show end and sad to see Mindy Shiben and Zach Justice call it quits. They never made it to Decision Day, but they held out as long as they could. These two seemed to be troubled from the very start and it showed in their relationship. As the reunion episode creeps closer to us, Zach ended up speaking to fans about the editing of the show and how some things just got left out. Was editing to blame for the way fans view him or did the matchmakers fail?
Lifetime ‘Married at First Sight’ Spoilers:Â Zach Opens Up About Marriage
Zach and Mindy seemed to be on two different pages. Mindy attempted to give him everything that he wanted and when things got tough, he turned to one of her best friends for advice. When Mindy found out about their new friendship, she asked to see text messages, but they were all deleted by Zach. Zach did talk about how he tried to be as private as possible, but sometimes, it got switched up on him. “IÂ tried to keep anything off camera, private and to protect. That approach allowed everything to be placed out of context.”
Lifetime ‘Married at First Sight’ Spoilers: Mindy Shiben and Zach Justice- Was Editing to Blame
The couple had one major issue and that was the lack of attraction to Mindy. Zach said it threw off everything about their relationship and he did try many times to make it all work out, but he just couldn’t. These two could just never make it work and it could have been the matchmakers too, but Mindy and Zach wouldn’t blame them. They didn’t know what would happen between them and they were matched based on specific questions and compatibility tests.
“I don’t think it’s a matter of being ‘someone else’, but perhaps a ‘closer match’. I don’t think people fully understand how far apart me and Mind are to each other, in the context of a relationship or marriage.” Sometimes opposites do attract, but it doesn’t seem like this was the case for Zach and Mindy. We are sad that they didn’t work out, but we think they learned a lot from this experiment that they can use again in a relationship.
The Married at First Sight Reunion episode airs on Lifetime on April 22 at 8 p.m. EST. We will be able to check in with Zach and Mindy and the others couples to see who is still married and who decided to call it quits.
