‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is the target of Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) apparent plot to exact revenge. However, it will entail Phyllis ingesting a phony toxin that leads to her lifeless.
Naturally, she and Stark have set up Diane to make it appear as though she was the one who injected Phyllis with poison!
There are some worries, but it is said that everything will take place at the 50th jubilee gala and will undoubtedly go off with a bang. First of all, why is Phyllis so determined to harm Diane, and is she really willing to risk everything?

How and why would Phyllis sacrifice everything for the sake of seeing Diane imprisoned? If they pretend she is dead, she can’t possibly return to Genoa City or anywhere nearby because otherwise they would find out.
So, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), the daughter, won’t be seeing her anymore? What about Harrison the child? Does she not find it interesting to see him develop?
The only explanation we can think of is that Michelle Stafford is truly leaving the series, allowing Phyllis to flee with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) and never come back. Evidently, this consumes so much of her personality that she is genuinely ready to die as long as Diane is put in jail.
It seems like a bit of an odd scheme, and it only really makes sense if she is leaving the show; otherwise, they would just have her off-screen doing nothing all the time. Fans of Y&R will be saddened if she really is departing…
