Back in June of 2020, a feud began between PewDiePie and Cocomelon. Cocomelon is a nursery song channel for small children that has grown exponentially and has 105 million subscribers.
PewDiePie said, “The battle is started, you will suffer Cocomelon.” Both channel’s subscribers continued to grow at ridiculous rates with Cocomelon growing by nearly 2 million a month. PewDiePie was blown away by its enormous subscriber numbers.
Now, the suffering has started for Cocomelon and PewDiePie put out a diss track after reaching 109 million subscribers, around 5 million more than the children’s show.

PewDiePie’s New Diss Song To Cocomelon “Coco” Has Reached Nearly 3 Million Views In 6 Hours
So, today, about 6 hours ago we got ‘Coco’ and it’s… okay? The whole thought of going after a children’s show with a rap diss is odd in itself, but to make it weirder, he brings up 6ix9ine a few times as well.
Every other word is fu#$ and it overall, it’s just, well, weird. Of course, for his 109 million subscribers, it was one of the best things they had ever heard. It’s currently at 2.8 million views, but we imagine that will continue to grow.
We understand it’s a joke and he’s mocking Cocomelon, but the whole video was a little weak, and the Eminem reference at the end, “I’m just playing Cocomelon, you know I love you”, seemed out of place.
Whether you like it or hated it, there’s no denying PewDiePie’s incredible YouTube presence. To pair that with Cocomelon in a video like this will only create a YouTube storm of views and subscribers. So, excellent branding and recognition on PewDiePie’s part.

Didn’t seem “weak” to me. Felix seemed like he was confident in what he and some other people put together. I think that calling it “weak” is a bit short-sighted.
